1. About Stonks AI

Stonks AI is a market intelligence platform designed for Indian traders and market enthusiasts. We provide AI-powered summaries of exchange filings, curated financial news in multiple formats, a timeline of important market filings, and automated market briefs covering Indian, US, APAC, and European markets.

All content on Stonks AI is purely informational. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or buy/sell signals of any kind. Any decisions you make based on content available on our platform are solely your own responsibility.

2. Accounts and Subscription Plans

Stonks AI is built on the belief that market intelligence should be accessible. The majority of our features — including curated financial news, AI-powered market briefs, and the filing timeline — are completely free to use for all registered users.

We offer a premium subscription for our flagship feature:

  • Pulse — Our real-time exchange filing intelligence feature is available on a paid plan, billed monthly or annually. Pulse delivers instant AI-summarised filing updates so you never miss a market-moving disclosure. Details of the Pulse plan and pricing are available within the app.

To access any feature, simply register using your phone number and complete our sign-in process. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. User Obligations

By using Stonks AI, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and take responsibility for all activity that occurs under it.
  • Ensure your device is adequately secured to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
  • Use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
  • Not attempt to copy, reproduce, scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Stonks AI platform or its content.
  • Not use the platform to spread misinformation, engage in market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, infrastructure, or other users' accounts.

4. Third-Party News Content

Stonks AI aggregates and summarises financial news from multiple third-party sources using artificial intelligence. By using this feature, you agree that:

  • Stonks AI acts as an intermediary and does not own or editorially control the underlying news content.
  • We display source attribution alongside summaries. Accessing any third-party link means you are leaving our platform, and we are not liable for the content or practices of those external sites.
  • AI summarisation may occasionally result in simplifications or inaccuracies. We are not liable for errors in third-party content or its summaries.
  • Inclusion of any source does not constitute an endorsement. All original content remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers.

5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Stonks AI is powered by artificial intelligence to deliver fast, digestible market intelligence. Our AI processes large volumes of financial data — from exchange filings to global market developments — and presents it in formats designed to be clear and actionable for traders at every level.

We are deeply committed to accuracy and continuously work to improve the quality and reliability of our AI models. However, AI is not infallible. Summaries, briefs, and insights generated by our systems may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of source material. We strongly encourage you to cross-reference important information with official exchange filings and trusted financial sources before acting on it.

Furthermore, the content provided on Stonks AI — including filing summaries, market briefs, curated news, and AI-generated insights — is for informational purposes only. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, technology, and materials available on Stonks AI — including but not limited to AI-generated summaries, design elements, and underlying software — are the exclusive intellectual property of Stonks AI and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to the platform does not grant you any license to use, reproduce, or distribute our content beyond personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • The Pulse feature is available on a paid subscription, billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
  • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellation before the end of a billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to Pulse will continue until the end of the current billing period. All other free features will remain accessible after cancellation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Stonks AI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion if we determine that you have:

  • Violated any provision of these Terms.
  • Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
  • Attempted to compromise the security or integrity of our systems.

In the event of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact us at support@ai-stonks.com and we will process your request promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stonks AI and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to access the platform.
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content provided, including AI-generated content.
  • Interruptions or delays in service caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, natural events, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any financial decisions made based on content available on the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stonks AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of Stonks AI after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Stonks AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
